Ingredients and Allergy Advice:
Onion, Water, Cooking Oil, Tamarind, Lemongrass, Dried Chilli, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Galangal, Sugar, Turmeric, Candlenut, Shrimp Paste, Salt and Monosodium Glutamate.
Serving suggestion for 2 pax:
Put 200 g of Assam Fish paste and 100 g of water into a cooking pot. Cook until the paste begins to simmer.
Then add in 3 medium-sized mackerel fish. Cook until the fish is tender.
You may add in tomatoes, okra and Vietnamese coriander. Cook appropriately.
Ready to serve.
