Ingredients and Allergy Advice:

Wheat Flour, Water, Soya Bean, Oil, and Salt.

Fish Meat, Wheat Flour, Custard Flour, Chili Powder, Curry Powder, Coriander Powder, White Pepper Powder, Date Powder, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Lemongrass, Tapioca Starch, Coconut Milk, Flavour Enhancer and permitted colouring.

Contains Wheat Gluten, Soy and Fish.

Cooking Instructions:
Deep Fry:
Heat oil 180°C.
Do not defrost, remove the wrapper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Turn frequently to achieve even colour thoroughly.
Drain oil and serve.
