Chewy rice flour balls with pandan coconut filling and a crispy sesame seed exterior.

Ingredients and Allergy Advice:

Dough:

Glutinous Rice Flour, Water, Sugar, Palm Oil, Sesame Seed (Coating).

Fillings:

Sugar, Palm Oil, Green Bean Split, Mung Bean, Pandan Juice, Coconut Milk, Water, Glucose, Wheat Flour, Salt, Permitted Colouring and Pandan Flavouring.

Contains Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions:

Deep Fry:

  1. Cook at 120°C temperature for about 7 minutes.
  2. During the cooking time, when the sesame ball starts to rise on the top of the surface, keep stirring the sesame ball till the sesame will form double in size.
