How can I place an order?

4) Login or create an account for a smoother process in the future
5) At ‘Check out’, if you have any promotional codes or store credits, be sure to enter them and click on ‘Check Out’
6) Enter your shipping address and select your prefered payment method: Visa, Master Card, FPX, E Wallet…..
7) Confirm your order
8) Make payment

What is your minimum order?
We have no minimum order, but if you wish to enjoy our free delivery service, the minimum order value is started from RM50 for selected area, for more details please refer to DELIVERY
Can I amend my order?
Yes, you can contact us to amend your order. Any amounts paid prior to your order can be credited as store credit to your Account or direct refund. The store credit at PA Food Store Account can be used for the next purchase with no expired date.
Can I cancel my order? Will I be able to get a refund upon cancellation of my order?
Yes, you can. Please contact us to cancel your order. The value of the order can only be credited as store credit to the purchaser's PA Food Store Account or direct refund. The store credit at PA Food Store Account can be used for next purchase. Any cancellation of an order after fulfilment cannot be refunded.
My early order has been cancelled, why?
Your order will be cancelled if you do not complete the payment within 7 calendar days. Kindly contact us if you would like to restore your order.
